THE IMPORTANT PARTS OF YOUR PRO DASHBOARD
Rosie Pro's earning potential is unlimited with most Pros earning $24/hour base rate.
Hourly Earnings
Trainee rate ($20/hr) is for Pros-in-training during events and shadow shifts.
Base rate ($22/hr) is for Pros on any shift.
Benched Rosie Pro rate ($24/hr) is unlocked when you are chosen by a family to be on their bench and work their family!
Bonuses
Each month, you can earn performance bonuses based on total hours worked:
$50 at 40โ59 hours,
$100 at 60โ79 hours, and
$200 at 80+ hours.
On select Double-Hour Days, your shifts count as 2ร hours toward your monthly bonus.

Once you fully onboarded as a Pro and maintaining Active Status, you receive:
3 โSafe Rideโ homes per month through Lyft usable how required.
