What does a typical month look like?
Choose a weekly schedule and Rosie will match you with a Pro who shows up weekly. You build a plan within Rosie, and Rosie manages the sessions for you.
What are weekly sessions?
Scheduled in-home sessions with one consistent Pro. They are usually the same week-to-week, and can be a combination of household & childcare.
Who are the Rosie Pros?
Pros are incredible people who want flexible work. From students whose schedules change every quarter, to corporate professionals on hiatus, to new-to-town caregivers. Matchmaking incredible people who never would have met is one of the best parts of Rosie.
How are Rosie Pros vetted?
We run a multi-step vetting process that includes interviews, background checks, reference checks, certification checks, and in person training and shadow sessions.
What is the minimum commitment?
Membership is monthly - there is no long term contract. You can pause or cancel as your needs change.
Can I book same-day care?
Yes! It's not guaranteed, but we have fulfilled 99% of all same-day bookings - even within 1 hour!
Can I book or view my Pro beforehand?
Use the Rosie app or website to book, manage your sessions & view your Pro info. You can also always text the Rosie Concierge.
