We develop a cult-like following amongst parents, caregivers, and the Rosie team. Our customers experience a consistent light, joyous, and supportive brand voice through every interaction. We create magical experiences out of the mundane.

We have 1000 ideas, but only 1 moves the needle. We continuously build decision making frameworks to focus relentlessly on finding that one and blocking out the rest of the noise.
