Who is a Rosie Pro?

We work with incredible people who need flexible work. From nursing students whose clinicals change every quarter, to marketing managers on hiatus, to new-to-town military wives. Matchmaking incredible people who never would have met is one of the best parts of Rosie.

How are Rosie Pros vetted?

We run a multi-step vetting process that includes interviews, background checks, reference checks, certification checks, and in person shadowing sessions.

What is the minimum commitment?

Membership is monthly - there is no long term contract. You can pause or adjust as your needs change.

Can I book same-day care?

Text Rosie as soon as you know you need help. Once you're a member we can quickly coordinate with your bench to get you covered ASAP.

Hours & Pricing

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life gets hectic - that's why Rosie is here! But we need to make sure our Pros are compensated for holding their time, so we charge a $30 fee for <24hr cancellations.

What if I don't use all my hours?

You can roll up to 2 hours over to your next month. Though we reccomend using all of them the first months so you can build your bench and Rosie can learn how to best assist you.

What if I need more hours?

You can buy hours a la carte at $32.50/hour. If you continually go over membership, we'd suggest moving up into the next tier.

What if I need to pause my membership?

Easy. Just text Rosie to let us know how long you would like to pause and when you would like us to check back in.

Using Rosie

What is a family guidebook?

It is a living record of your routines, preferences and house systems. This way, your bench can ask questions like "where are the trash bags?" to Rosie, instead of texting you. Rosie & your pros will work with you and your family to keep it updated. And you have access to it in your dashboard.

What kind of help can I get?

Light household work that stacks up for families daily. This is not a deep clean - no scrubbing the bath. But anything like folding laundry, tidying up the kitchen after the breakfast tornado, and picking up the living room. We also support lots of special projects like parties or closet organization.

How can you safely combine childcare and house help?

When you book your session, you'll always indicate the priority. If it is a childcare session, a Pro can get some tasks done during quiet times, but the child is always the priority. If you have a long list of tasks that must get done, we reccomend a house help specific session.
