At Rosie, we’re not just creating jobs, we’re inventing a whole new category of flexible, in-home support. For years, caregivers have had limited tools, limited growth pathways, and limited flexibility. Meanwhile, parents are overwhelmed and stretched thin. We’re changing that.
Rosie Pro is a new kind of role built for people who crave flexible, meaningful work without the 9-5 grind. It’s part babysitter, part family assistant, part extra set of hands. Rosie Pros provide light home support and childcare - and decide when they work, how much they work, and where they grow.
What does a Rosie Pro do?
A Rosie Pro is your extra set of hands and third brain—someone who steps in, sees what needs doing, and makes life run smoother. Rosie Pros connect with select families and provide 4–16 hours per month of flexible support, becoming trusted, indispensable members of each family’s team. Part childcare, part household support, they bring calm, order, and breathing room to busy families.
