FOR PROS

Frequently Asked Questions

Most Popular

What is a Fractional Family Manager?

A Fractional Family Manager (we call them Rosie Pros in-house) supports families with the work that keeps a household running — childcare, household management, organization, and the daily logistics in between. You're matched with vetted families in your area and paid hourly. Engagements range from 4 to 40 hours a week.

How do I move up the ladder?

Climb by showing up consistently and earning spots on families' benches. Build benches and hours, and you move up automatically — top tiers are invite-only. Track your progress anytime in the app.

How is this different from babysitting or nannying?

Babysitting is one family, last-minute, unpredictable. Nannying & House Managing locks you into one family full-time. Fractional Family Management sits in between -multiple families, predictable rhythms, real flex. Rosie handles the matching, scheduling, and payments so you don't have to.

How is this different from a gig app like Uber or DoorDash?

Gig apps are transactions. We're building a profession. That means coaching, community, career support, and elevated pay - plus real people to build meaninful relationships with.

What kind of hours do I work? What's my schedule?

You tell us when you're available and we match you with families during those windows.

How will I earn?

Pros start at hourly rates paid for sessions & events worked. Once you're added to a family's bench, your rate increases. You can fill up your schedule with adhoc sessions, or become a part-time Pro with guaranteed monthly minimums starting at $1,000 per month.

What makes a good Fractional Family Manager?

The best Family Managers have real childcare experience (paid or in your own family), are CPR certified or willing to get certified, and bring warmth, judgment, and follow-through. Plus you bring detail orientedness, and a mind for efficiency when it comes to supporting a busy home (think laundry, dishes, and house projects!)

Can I apply if I have another job?

Yes. And many Fractional Family Managers do. Whether you're in school, working part-time somewhere else, or piecing together a few things, Rosie is built to flex around your life.

Real work. Real pay.
